Autopsy report by Nicasio Botin

There were no indications of foul play in the death of Bacolod-born football standout Dave Fegidero, whose fatal injuries were caused by a motorcycle accident on Oct. 2 in Hat Yai, Thailand.
This was confirmed by the by Dr. Nicasio Botin, medico-legal officer II of the National Bureau of Investigation in Western Visayas, who conducted an autopsy on Fegidero's body yesterday, the victim's older brother, Norman Fegidero, said last night. "He (Dave) died of internal hemorrhage and had fatal injuries on his neck and back," Norman said, quoting Dr. Botin, who will submit his autopsy report next week.
Norman said the two holes on Dave's head that heightened the suspicion of foul play were "not deep".
"They were scratches. It happened because he was not embalmed immediately after the accident. His body was already decomposing. It took five days for his body to arrive in Bacolod," he said.
"Now, we don't have any doubts. We are relieved," the older Fegidero said.
